​All prices are shown in British sterling pounds and include vat.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card through our secure website provider. If you prefer to pay in cash at our Studio, call me on 07984015430.

Shipping policy.

We can deliver in person to local areas within the Cynon Valley within 2 days of your order being in stock.

Please make sure provide us with your contact number to organize delivery.


Click & collect service.

Once we receive your order we will contact you via phone to organize when you would like to come to store to collect your order. Collection can be organized for any day of the week, daytime as well as evenings.

Refund Policy.

If for any reason your order does not fulfil your expectations, you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case.

For all returns, you are required to bring the purchase back to store or use a courier group to return at your own cost. Product Descriptions.

Whilst we take every possible care to ensure that product descriptions and measurements on our website are correct, specifications are intended to give a general description and there may be slight variations in finish and color due to either the hand-made nature of the item, the photographic process or computer software.

If the price or description is obviously in error, we reserve the right to limit James country home interiors’ liability to the return of the money the customer has paid.
